Inspection Types

Pre Purchase or Home buyer Inspection:

Buyer Inspection is performed prior to the purchase of the house. We supply you with a report stating the condition of various components in the home. The report has pictures of items that need attention. Pictures are there to show and remind you of things we found and discussed during the home inspection process. Typical inspection takes about 3 hours, depending on size and age of house. There are over 600 items looked at and or tested in a typical home inspection.

Pre Sale Home Inspection:

Pre Sale Inspection is an inspection for the seller to see and understand what is in need of repair on His or Her house, before going on the market. This allows the Seller to correct these items before listing the house

1 year Warranty Home Inspection:

1 year warranty inspection is an inspection of your home, before the 1 year point of occupancy (11th month). This allows you to take our information from the report and transfer items to your contractors warranty paper work to be submitted. Then your contractor should fix items under warranty for you.

New Construction Inspection:

New construction inspection is an inspection of a newly constructed home before you occupy it. The report will point out things that are wrong or missed during construction of your home.
